The son of two real estate investors you could say real estate is in his blood. He began his career in 2012 as a loan officer helping people recover from the financial crisis. During that time he learned how to leverage money to quickly build wealth through real estate. Working with his clients to create financial goals he did not only help them recover from the 2008 financial crisis but thrive after it. As the times changed so did Michael.
Adapting quickly to new platforms like Airbnb and VRBO he helped his clients take their underperforming assets and turn them into winners. Michael takes pride in his knowledge of the short-term rental business model. Currently managing multiple vacation rentals in different markets he ensures guests have a wonderful stay and his clients a positive monthly statement.
Relocating to the bay area Michael has applied his talent of identifying value for his clients with astonishing success. Both professionally and personally he knows how to get the most out of San Francisco.
In addition to his real estate experience, he also has a background and experience in interior design as well as construction. Michael has managed 3 spectacular luxury home remodels.
